- The item must be unused and in the condition received
- Proof of damage or defect (such as photos or videos) may be required
Once your claim is reviewed and approved, we will offer one of the following at no cost to you:
- A replacement item
- A refund
- Store credit (where applicable)
We will cover all return shipping costs for approved damaged or defective item claims.

When you place an order with us we pay fees to Shopify on your order value and payment processing fees. We then absorb further costs in processing and shipping of your order at our warehouse and in providing customer support for your order.
This policy allows us to keep our pricing fair by absorbing these costs rather than passing them on to our customers.
Beware of cheap knock-offs:
After purchasing our products, some customers may become aware of cheaper alternatives. As with any product, there is always someone willing to make a low-quality version at a lower price. We can confidently say that the quality, durability and safety of our products far surpasses all alternatives currently on the market.
If you have seen another version elsewhere we encourage you to contact us at hello@cubandfox.com.au so we can explain how our products differ from these as well as the dangers present in some alternatives that do not meet the minimum toy safety standards are unsafe for use by or around babies and children under 3 years old.
