Pre-Order Information: Magic Canvas

Thank you for your overwhelming support — our Magic Canvas has officially sold out! 🌟

But not to worry — pre-orders are now open, with our next shipment arriving soon. Here's everything you need to know if you're purchasing a Magic Canvas as part of your order:

  • Dispatch Date: All orders containing the Magic Canvas will be dispatched from 28th April.
  • Combined Orders: If your order includes other in-stock items, your entire order will be shipped together once the Magic Canvas is available. If you’d prefer to receive other items sooner, we recommend placing a separate order.
  • Shipping Method: Once dispatched, your order will follow our standard delivery timelines (outlined below), and you’ll receive tracking updates via email.

We’ll keep you in the loop with any updates along the way and send a dispatch confirmation the moment your parcel is on the move. If you have any questions in the meantime, our friendly customer experience team is always happy to help.

Free Shipping

Enjoy complimentary shipping on orders over $100 AUD or $120 NZD. Simply add your favourite items to the cart, and the free shipping will be applied automatically at checkout.

Order Processing

  • Same Day Dispatch: Orders placed before 1 PM AEST are dispatched on the same business day.
  • Next Business Day Dispatch: Orders placed after 1 PM AEST are dispatched on the following business day.

Delivery Methods & Times

All orders are shipped from Brisbane via Australia Post, complete with tracking numbers provided via email updates.

  • Express Delivery:

    • Metro Areas (Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Gold Coast): Next business day delivery.
    • Other Locations: 1-3 business days.
  • Standard Delivery:

    • Metro Areas (Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Gold Coast): 2-5 business days.
    • Other Locations: 2-8 business days. 

Tracking and Order Confirmation

Once your order is dispatched, a tracking number and link will be sent to you via email. Use this information to monitor your package until it arrives safely.

International Shipping

Currently, we ship to Australia and New Zealand only. For New Zealand orders, please visit our dedicated website: https://cubandfox.co.nz. If you're interested in our products and reside outside these countries, let us know! Your feedback helps us determine future shipping destinations.

Damaged or Lost Packages
