8+: Can play independently

How to play

Choose Your Mark:
One player is "X" and the other is "O." Decide who will go first.

Play in the Smaller Grids:
On your turn, place your mark in one of the squares in any small grid.

Follow the "Send" Rule:
The square you pick in a small grid sends your opponent to play in that square of the big grid.

See the below example:

If you mark the top-left square of a small grid, on their next turn your opponent must play the small grid in the top-right square of the big grid, and so on. If that grid is already won or full, your opponent can choose any open grid.
