Here is what you'll do:

Create Short-Form Video: Leverage UGC, brand owned & your own original creations to develop fun, captivating content that showcases our product - and be ready and confident to step in front of the camera or create voice overs when needed

Drive Advertising: Actively work to identify, incentivise and co-ordinate the creation of impactful content to fuel our social media and ad campaigns

Meme & Meaning Master: Turn everyday moments into relatable yet meaningful content that delivers real value to our community

Editing: Compile engaging videos & imagery for all our social channels

Designing: High-quality graphics, animations, and visual assets for social media campaigns
-
Strategy: Developing and executing social media strategies to grow audience reach, engagement and brand loyalty

Collaborating: Working with internal teams & external creators to deliver content that aligns with the organisation's key campaigns and messaging, including managing gifted and paid content collaborations

Managing content calendar: Develop and maintain a content calendar to support organisational goals, events, and initiatives
-
Measure, Imagine, Strategise & Refine: Use analytics to understand the impact of the content we produce, both in organic and paid media; your imagination to bring new ideas; your experience to create a strategic framework for implementing and testing them; and your passion to repeat this process to achieve continual improvement

Administrative tasks: Manage our internal content directory, ensuring that content is filed in a manner that allows effective collaboration between our team and external agencies & that we document our usage rights for all outsourced content
These are your skillsets:

Content Creation from the heart: Proven experience in producing engaging short-form video content for social media platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook. Your content is meaningful and emotive, based in authenticity and integrity

On-Camera Presence: You are comfortable appearing on camera and bringing your unique essence, energy and personality to complement and enrich our brand vision & values
-
Trend Awareness: Ability to spot and leverage social media trends to keep content fresh and relevant
-
Creative Writing: Strong storytelling skills to craft captions, posts, and ad copy that engage and convert
-
Comfortable with data & analytics: You’re not an analyst but you enjoy measuring and tracking performance to identify what works, and refine content strategies in line with social media algorithms and trends

Inner vision & ‘knowing’: Your confidence with data & analytics is matched, if not exceeded by a knowing inner voice that leads you to new exciting ideas that you wouldn’t find in any graph or metric and you value and respect this source of inspiration and wisdom
