As an Australian-born brand, it means the world to us to see Cub & Fox arriving in homes across the UK — and we’re working hard to make the experience as smooth and magical as possible.

UK Shipping Rates

We offer free shipping on all UK orders over £75 GBP.

For orders under £75 GBP:

  • DHL Standard International Shipping (8–15 Business Days) — £10 GBP
  • DHL Express International Shipping (3–10 Business Days) — £15 GBP

All UK orders are currently dispatched from our warehouse in Utah, USA.

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout.

UK Delivery Estimates

Once dispatched, you can expect the following estimated delivery windows:

  • DHL Standard International Shipping: 8–15 business days*
  • DHL Express International Shipping: 3–10 business days*

Please note that delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to customs processing, weather events, courier disruptions, or high-volume shipping periods.

Final delivery will be handled by trusted delivery partners within the UK.

Dispatch Timelines

All UK orders are dispatched directly from our USA warehouse.

We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 business hours (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays) so your order can begin its journey to you as quickly as possible.

While the vast majority of orders are dispatched within this timeframe, occasional delays may occur during unexpected spikes in order volume (such as major sales events or launches). Orders may also be temporarily delayed if important shipping information is missing or requires clarification before processing.

If there is ever anything preventing your order from being dispatched, our team will contact you the same business day to help resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Duties, Taxes & Import Charges

Please note that additional duties, taxes, customs fees, or import tariffs may be charged by your local government upon delivery.

Cub & Fox is not responsible for any customs duties, local taxes, import fees, or tariffs charged on your order unless these have been explicitly displayed and charged at checkout.

International orders may also be subject to customs inspections and processing procedures which can occasionally cause delays outside of our control.

We recommend checking with your local customs office prior to ordering if you are unsure whether import charges may apply.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. Due to timezone and working hour differences, orders may be fulfilled before we have time to correct them.

If you notice an error in your shipping details, please contact us as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to assist before your order is dispatched. However Cub & Fox is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer at time of checkout.

Unclaimed or Returned Parcels

The customer is responsible for tracking their shipment and responding to any shipping notifications issue. If an order is returned or destroyed such as unpaid customs charges, an incorrect shipping address, failed delivery attempts, or the parcel being left unclaimed, Cub & Fox may offer a partial refund, less costs incurred such as; shipping costs, return shipping fees, restocking fees and any applicable administration fees.

Order Tracking

Once your parcel is on its way, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow your order right to your doorstep.
