Referral Program – Terms and Conditions

1. How the Referral Program Works

1.1 Referring a Friend

When you share your personal referral link:

  • Your friend will receive 10% off their first order.

  • A referral is considered successful only when your friend completes a purchase using your referral link.

  • Sharing your link does not count as a referral until a purchase is made.

1.2 Earning Rewards

For every successful referral, you will receive 20% coupon towards your next order.

Rewards stack as follows:

  • 1 referral = 20% off

  • 2 referrals = 40% off

  • 3 referrals = 60% off

  • 4 referrals = 80% off

  • 5 referrals = 100% off

Referral rewards may be combined (stacked) up to 100% off, subject to the limits below.

2. Review Rewards

Customers may also earn reward credits by submitting eligible reviews:

  • Photo review = 20% credit

  • Video review = 30% credit

Review rewards may be combined with referral rewards and count toward your total stacked discount.

3. Eligible Products

Referral and review rewards:

  • Apply to full-priced items only

  • Exclude already discounted multi-buy deals and bundles (including but not limited to “Buy 2” and “Buy 3” offers)

  • Apply to product value only

Discounts do not apply to shipping charges. Standard free shipping thresholds still apply.

4. Maximum Discount Cap

Rewards may be stacked up to receive 100% off an order.

However:

  • If the total discount exceeds 60%, and

  • The total discount value exceeds AUD $200 (USD $140)

The order will be considered in breach of program limits.

In such cases, Cub & Fox may:

  • Adjust the order to comply with the maximum discount value, or

  • Cancel the order prior to dispatch.

The maximum total discount value permitted per order is AUD $200 / USD $140.

5. Order Adjustments & Enforcement

Orders exceeding the permitted limits may be:

  • Placed on hold for manual review

  • Edited to reduce discount value to within allowable limits

  • Cancelled at the discretion of Cub & Fox

Customers will be notified if changes are made to their order.

6. Additional Conditions

  • Referral rewards cannot be redeemed for cash.

  • Rewards cannot be transferred or exchanged.

  • Referral rewards must be used in accordance with these Terms.

  • Cub & Fox reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the referral program at any time.

7. Fraud & Abuse

Any misuse of the referral program, including but not limited to:

  • Self-referrals

  • Fake or duplicate accounts

  • Manipulation of discount stacking

May result in cancellation of rewards and/or orders.
